WECO weco offer a high performance
e-selling product based on SAP Netweaver. e-selling combines
comprehensive functionality with a very short implementation time (time
to market) nevertheless it’s very easy to adapt to the needs of your
business. The product is state of the art and incorporates all our
longtime experiences in the field of e-business.
WECO IT-Consulting succeeds since 1995 as a
SAP consulting company. We are a highly specialized team which deals
exclusively with SAP products. Our main focus is software-development
and technology. According to our business philosophy we put “quality
before quantity”.
We are developing individual solutions on a project basis as well as
ready-to-go Add-On’s for the SAP standard.
Technique
The seamless integration into the SAP ERP system was achieved by
developing the application with SAP tools only (ABAP OO, BSP).
SAP’s Web Application Server has proved as a stable, powerful and
scalable platform for e-business solutions; there is no need for
investments into additional hard- or software which helps keeping costs
of ownership at a minimum level.
weco e-selling accesses the R/3 princing and ATP directly. Therefore all
functions are available without any limitation even user-exits and
modifications. Performance-critical data (e.g. product catalog) are held
within the sever memory as so called “runtime objects”. This technique
ensures the superior performance of our application with minimum server
workload on the ERP system.
Scenarios
weco e-selling can be operated on a separate Web Application Server or
since R/3 Enterprise directly within the ERP system. Depending upon
requirement the solution can be operated independent from the ERP system
7x24 hours.
Key features
Extensive customizing and extensions allows you to define various sales
scenarios.
Webshop for B2B and B2C scenarios
Webshop with product catalog and freely configurable process types
(order template, inquiry, offer, contract, customer order …), process
monitoring, freight charge handling, shipment monitoring, material
substitution, purchase order number handling …
Product catalog
The product catalog can be utilized either in combination with a
web-shop or stand-alone. Furthermore the catalog can be integrated as
purchase catalog into a procurement system via its integrated OCI
Interface.
Unlimited number of hierarchies and items
Navigation via tree structure or via images, freely configurable item
attributes (display as value or image), full-text search or attribute
based search, freely configurable material relations (e.g.
cross/up-selling, accessories, spare parts …)
Field service integration
The field staff can manage all processes for his customers. Additionally
it’s possible to submit offers (with / without reference to inquiries)
and to create contracts. Within the process monitoring area statistic
information about the sales representative’s customers is available.
“Sold for” handling
This scenario covers the need of some dealers to provide an online
buying platform for their customers.
The dealer’s customer records his order within the web-shop but within
the ERP system the customer-number and the bill to party is switched to
the number of the dealer.
The dealer himself has access to all transactions of his customers.
Sales offices without SAP R/3
Utilize the “Sold for” scenario to connect your sales offices to SAP ERP.
The sales office acts as “dealer”. The order can be recorded
alternatively by the sales office staff or even the end customer.
Customer Self service / Consignment handling
Provide your customers with the possibility to manage their consignment
stocks by themselves. The execution of all consignment processes is
possible (withdrawal, feeding and return). This keeps the consignment
stocks up to date and facilitates disposal of replenishment and reduces
reconciliation efforts with your customers.
Return and complaint handling
You know the problem? Your goods receiving point receives a return of
goods from one of your customers without any reference document. Now
extensive investigations have to take place to assign the goods to the
corresponding business process. This causes reasonable costs and delays
the further processing of the customer complaint.
