SAP Basis Maintenance - Administer SAP APO/R3 infrastructure on an ongoing basis.  Identify and coordinate Support Packs and Patches as needed. SAP APO/R3 administration & troubleshooting on an ongoing basis.

HW Specifications - Provide consultation on current and future server specifications to ensure adherence to Johnson & Johnson infrastructure standards.

 Performance / Capacity Management -Monitor all supported SAP systems for performance and capacity issues.

Documentation - Keep accurate and detailed documentation for items such as Daily Tasks, Change Managements, Standard Operating Procedures.

Backup Administration - Assist with backup operations of the SAP APO/R3 infrastructure as needed.

3rd Level Troubleshooting - Provide 3rd level support on an as needed basis for the SAP Basis Team.

Validation - Write validation documentation for SAP Landscapee (HW & SW).  Execute IQ \ OQs as appropriate.

Project Roles - Provide SAP architecture consultation for NCS Project Managers.  Design, propose and implement SAP infrastructure components of client approved projects.
