Inspiring designers and developers to take the media they love to new levels of user experience". It takes place 18 - 19 September 2008 in Brighton.

Professional Developer's Conference (PDC) 2008. "Since 1991, the Professional Developers Conference (PDC) has been Microsoft’s premier gathering of leading-edge developers and architects. It takes place 27 - 30 October 2008, in the Los Angeles, CA.

TechEd 2008 Developer EMEA.  Taking place in sunny Barcelona in Spain, 10 - 14 November 2008, it is in EMEA "the Microsoft premier technical education conference just for developers. For five days, you and more than 4,000 of your peers have countless opportunities to explore about the latest cutting-edge technologies from Microsoft".
