XPe & TechEd 2007

As some of you probably have known, TechEd 2007 is happening in Orlando this week. Deci R. in this XPe Forum post asked if anyone from our team will be there. Unfortunately the answer is no. There are 3 sessions on Windows Embedded (including CE, XPe, and WEPOS) from our marketing team and they are more targeted towards potential customers. It’s XPe’s first appearance in TechEd US. We have had XPe intro sessions in TechEd China last year, will try to continue to have that this year. TechEd Europe also had sessions in general Windows Embedded in the past. This year, there will be some intro sessions on XPe as well. As important as TechEd is for developers, including our embedded developers, I believe we’ll have better coverage in the future.

Deci also listed a few good, advanced topics on XPe for future consideration in that post. Some of them were covered in our MEDC sessions. If you have other topics to recommend, please do add to that.
