Prerequisites:
An administrator to configure the SSO service on SharePoint 2003, and set up the Application Profiles to capture the necessary login credentials from the end users.
Domino Web Access requires an installation of Lotus Domino 5.0.8 or higher
Domino Mail folder should be enabled for session based authentication on the Domino Server
Domino configuration database requires modifications to store the login form in Domino that the Web Part would submit credentials
