As we ramp up quickly towards the WPC (worldwide partner conference) updates on our MS Online partner business model, the place to watch for resources and extra information is on the portal here: https://partner.microsoft.com/online
We will also provide some further updates at Australian Partner Conference of course.
There is actually more information right now on the customer-facing site here: http://www.microsoft.com/online/partner.mspx but over time we expect of course to see the partner-specific content move into the partner portal.
