Data Migration with CRM Online

I just finished recording a CRM Online Data Migration video focusing on: CRM Import Wizard Data Migration Manager - Sample Data Import Data Migration Manager - Related Account.csv and Contact.csv files In the last video I demonstrate how to map separate account.csv and contact.csv files into CRM Online while maintaining the parent/child relationship.  The key to maintaining the relationship is linking the Account Name field from the contact.csv file to the Parent Customer lookup in CRM. ...(read more)
