Upgrade from CRM 2.0c to CRM 4.0 - Scope Study
In here, I would like to discuss the travails of outlining an upgrade roadmap from CRM 2.0c version to CRM 4.0. Also, we will further discuss as to how the resources provided by SAP help us in this regards. The literature on Service Marketplace, though a bit tedious and ambiguous, helped us a lot to come to conclusions. Finally, Solution Manager and its documentation were of good help to come up with the final estimate.
