We always had a quiet chuckle (actually a loud laugh) at the preposterous title of this book. In spite of this it remains a best seller on this website so we decided to buy it and take a look at it. We think it's worth the money (but the title might be better "introduce yourself to SAP R/3 in 24 Hours). Each chapter (there are 24 @ 1 hour each) concludes with a useful quiz. There are no system requirements.
Who should read it: Everyone who is starting out on SAP. It is a bit old now (published in 1999) but at $17.49 it's good value. It's really an overview, and spends quite a bit of time on the ABAP and BASIS technical aspects. Modules are covered (FI/CO, HR, MM), but it's not really a book targeted at end users (more techies and consultants). There is even a chapter on 'Implementing SAP'.
